L2Votes.com reserves the right to approve, reject, edit, hide, suspend, or remove any server listing at any time.

Server listings may not contain malware, viruses, spyware, harmful software, phishing pages, fake login forms, scam content, fraudulent payment systems, hate speech, harassment, abusive material, pornographic or illegal content, misleading information about rates, opening dates, rewards, or features, fake claims about ranking position, votes, or popularity, or content that violates the rights of others.

Listings that violate these rules may be removed without notice.

The L2Votes.com voting system is designed to provide fair ranking results.

Users are not allowed to use bots, scripts, automation, or vote manipulation tools; use proxies, VPN abuse, rotating IPs, or similar methods to bypass vote limits; create fake accounts to vote multiple times; manipulate cookies, sessions, headers, or browser fingerprints; exchange fraudulent votes; attack, overload, or exploit the voting system; or attempt to bypass anti-cheat or security mechanisms.

Any server found abusing the voting system may be penalized, reset, suspended, removed, or permanently banned. L2Votes.com has the final decision in vote-related disputes.

Server rankings may be based on votes, premium status, activity, opening date, category, or other ranking factors.

We may update the ranking algorithm, vote reset rules, premium placement rules, or listing visibility at any time.

L2Votes.com does not guarantee a specific ranking position, a fixed amount of traffic, a fixed number of votes, or a fixed number of players for any listed server.

L2Votes.com may offer premium listings, sponsored placements, banners, advertisements, or other paid promotional services.

By purchasing a paid service, you agree that you are responsible for providing correct advertising material, your advertisement must follow our rules, we may reject or remove advertising content that violates our policies, premium placement does not guarantee player registrations, traffic, votes, or revenue, and paid services are provided for the period, position, and format described at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, payments for digital advertising or premium placement are non-refundable once the service has started.

Paid services may be processed through third-party payment providers. L2Votes.com does not store full credit card details or sensitive payment credentials.

Refunds may be refused if the paid service has already been activated, the user violated these Terms, the server was removed due to fraud, abuse, or prohibited content, the user provided incorrect information, or the advertisement was rejected due to rule violations.

Refund requests may be reviewed individually at our discretion.

L2Votes.com includes links to external Lineage 2 private server websites, Discord servers, forums, social media pages, download pages, and advertiser websites.

We do not own or control these external websites and are not responsible for their content, game clients, patches, launchers, downloads, server uptime or quality, donations, payments, refunds, purchases, account bans, disputes, malware, scams, or issues caused by third-party websites.

Users visit external websites at their own risk.

By using L2Votes.com, you agree not to abuse, attack, exploit, or disrupt the website; attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or databases; use the website for spam, scams, phishing, or malicious activity; upload or submit harmful, misleading, or illegal content; harass other users, server owners, or administrators; copy, scrape, or reproduce large parts of the website without permission; or interfere with the ranking, voting, or advertising systems.
